On My Own started in 2023. It has always been one person - the designs, the listings, the orders, the emails, all of it.

Nothing is kept in stock

There is no warehouse and no shelf of product. When you order something it gets printed or embroidered for you, then sent.

How it's made

Most pieces are printed direct-to-garment on Gildan cotton. The better ones are embroidered - thread on the chest, and on the wrist as well on some pieces. Embroidery sits on top of the fabric and catches the light. It doesn't crack or fade the way a print eventually does.

The archive stays up

Most of what On My Own has made is retired. Those pieces are still in the archive - not for sale, just there. It's the whole history rather than a highlight reel, including the designs that didn't work.
